We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your subscription, we offer a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility
You may request a full refund if:
- The request is made within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase or renewal date
- Your account has not been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- The request is for your most recent payment only (previous billing periods are not eligible)
3. How to Request a Refund

- The email address used for the purchase
- The subscription plan and billing cycle (monthly or yearly)
- The reason for the refund request
We will process your request within 5 business days.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
5. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions refunded more than 14 days after the charge date
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Charges from more than one billing period ago
7. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not generate a refund for the current billing period. To cancel, use the customer portal link provided in your confirmation email, or contact us directly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
